Sweet and sour pork with pineapple

Ingredients for 4 people:

600 g pork (boneless)
240 g pineapple
60 g corn flour
30 g brown sugar
60 ml ground-chicken
60 ml rice vinegar
40 ml soy sauce
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon grated ginger
1 onion
1 stalk celery
1 green pepper
oil, sesame oil, corn flour for pan

Preparation:

First of all, prepare a sweet sour sauce in a bowl by putting a spoonful of corn flour, adding the brown sugar, poured chicken broth, rice vinegar, half of soy sauce, and stir all together. In a separate bowl put egg whites, pour the remaining soy sauce, add grated garlic, grated ginger, two tablespoons of corn flour and stir ingredients. Then add the meat cut into bite-sized cubes in a bowl, stir it with the marinade and refrigerate all to marinate for several hours. We roll the marinated meat in corn flour and fry it in a wok until it turns light brown. We remove the fried meat to warm. Then clean the wok, put it in a spoonful of plain and sesame oil, add diced onion, celery stalks and fry until the vegetables slightly soften. Then also add diced green pepper , fried meat, diced pineapple, pour prepared sweet sour sauce and cook over low heat until meat is tender.
