Refreshing Pineapple Diet – lose 2 pounds in 4 days

In summer months abstinence from food shouldn’t pose a problem given that high temperatures and other charms are offered to us by warm days. And if you have a few extra pounds and you want to accelerate the process of losing weight, you can use pineapple. With this juicy and refreshing diet you can lose two kilograms in four days because apart from vitamins and minerals these miraculous fruit contains enzyme bromelain which promotes fat burning! As with any diet, don’t over do it! Stick to duration of this diet because excessive dieting can harm your health.
Pineapple diet plan for four days
Breakfast: Every morning drink a glass of pineapple juice
Lunch: Different meals with pineapple
Brunch: Diet yogurt with chunks of pineapple
Dinner: Vegetable soup
Here are some recipes that you can try in this pineapple diet and you can prepare them in your regular menu when you have finished your diet.
Pork fillet with pineapple
Roast the meat in oil, season it with salt and take it out. In the same pot cook the onion with some cinnamon and pepper, add spices and 100 grams of chopped tomatoes. Make a puree, add 250 ml of water and boil for ten minutes. Then add the roasted meat and leave it twenty minutes to rest. Squeeze the pineapple and along with half of a banana add to the meat.
Pineapple skewers
Sprinkle 10 grams of chopped pineapple with sugar and let it rest for half an hour. Cut 150 grams of pork fillet into pieces and brush it with pepper. Arrange the chopped pineapple on sticks and fry them in butter.
Salad with pineapple and cabbage
Chop half of fresh pineapple into pieces and cook the cabbage on hot oil. After several minutes in 50 ml of water put the pineapple pieces and add them to the cabbage. Boil all together for ten minutes, then let it cool.
Pineapple sandwich
Take a slice of bread and put on top onion cover and then put pineapple. Make a sandwich with another slice of bread and sprinkle it with crumbs of nuts.
