Here are two video from youtube that will show you how to cut your pineapple.

• In the first video you will learn how to cut a pineapple using a kitchen knife. There are also some good tips on how to pick a ripe one.
  The way to do that is to hold it with your hand and gently pull one of its central leaves. If it comes out easy, it’s ready -it’s ripe. When you come back home with your pineapple you should put it in the refrigerator upside down. Check out the video to find out why and to see how to cut it properly.
