60 g corn flour
30 g brown sugar
60 ml ground-chicken
60 ml rice vinegar
40 ml soy sauce
1 egg
2 cloves garlic

Piña colada
30 ml coconut cream syrup
90 ml pineapple juice
30 ml white rum
Preparation

Here’s a really quick recipe for a spicy cold salad, that can be done in 10 minutes.
Ingredients for 4 people:
8 boiled eggs
1/2 jar of asparagus
1 small leek
1 sachet of mayonnaise
1 small can of pineapple compote
1 tablespoon curry
a few leaves of lettuce and radicchio

4 pork stakes from the leg
4 fresh pineapple rings
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sunflower oil

Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breasts
1 pineapple in rings, canned
3/4 ounces of fine cheese, chilled
(Jarlsberg, Emmenthal or equivalent)
2 teaspoons sunflower oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
0.5 teaspoon nutmeg

Here is a simple and tasty soup with vegetables and pineapple. First soup recipe in our Pineapple recipes category.
Ingredients
½ cup chopped leek
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
⅓ cup butter
1 kg pumpkin, cleaned and sliced
50 grams crushed pineapple
2 and ½ cups of milk
1 cup water
salt
2 tablespoons of chopped spring onions
one paprika
Preparation
1. Fry the parsley and leek on butter.
2. Then add the pumpkin, pineapple, milk, water and salt, stirring it all occasionally, cook until vegetables are soft.
